Kazakhstan lost its third boxer at the 2024 Asian Championships – Boxing/MMA

Kazakh boxer Muhammedsabyr Bazarbayuly fought in the 1/4 finals of the weight category up to 63.5 kilograms at Asian Championship 2024 in Thailand, Sports.kz reports.

For reaching the semi-finals, which guaranteed a bronze medal, Bazarbayuly met in the ring with local athlete Somchai Wongsuvan. The result of the fight was the victory of Wongsuwan by a separate judge's verdict. For the Kazakhstan men's team, this loss was the third at the 2024 Championships and the second in a day: earlier today, Saken Bibosynov (51 kg) completed the performance.
