Kazakhstan suffered a third loss in a row in the semi-finals of the 2024 Championship in boxing – Boxing/MMA

Kazakh boxer Ulzhan Sarsenbek had a semi-final fight in the weight category up to 57 kilograms at Asian Championship in Thailand, writes Sports.kz.

Her rival in the fight for reaching the final was the representative of the host country of the competition, Punrawi Ruenros. The victory with a score of 5:0 ultimately went to the Thai athlete, who will fight for gold, while Ulzhan finished her performance at the 2024 Championships with a bronze medal. This loss was already the third for Kazakhstan in the semi-finals: earlier the performance was completed by Aigerim Sattybaeva (48 kg) and Zhazira Urakbaeva (52 kg).
