Kazakhstan topped the group at the United Cup after Elena Rybakina's victories – Tennis

The Kazakhstan national tennis team won the first match at the United Cup tournament, which is taking place these days in Australia, Sports.kz reports with reference to Olympic.kz.

In the first game of the confrontation with Spain, Alexander Shevchenko was defeated by Pablo Carreno Busta.

Then Elena Rybakina was able to even the score by defeating Jessica Maneiro.

In the decisive third meeting, Rybakina and Shevchenko beat the duo of Pablo Carreno-Busta/Yvonne Cavalier-Reimers.

Thus, Kazakhstan defeated Spain with a score of 2:1 and topped Group C, which also included Greece.

The match against tennis players from Greece will take place on December 30.
