Kazakh boxer Diana Magauyeva played the semi-final match at Asian Championship 2024 in Chiang Mai (Thailand)reports Sports.kz.

In the semi-finals in the weight category up to 75 kilograms, Magauyeva fought with Chinese Lina Wang. The result of this fight was the victory of the athlete from China by technical knockout in the third round. In the first, second and third rounds, the referee counted Magauyeva's knockdown. Also in the second round, one point was deducted from the Kazakh woman.

Thus, Lina Wang reached the final of the continental championship and will fight for gold, and Diana Magauyeva finished her performance at the tournament with a bronze medal. Let us remind you that for the Kazakh boxer this was the first fight at the 2024 Championship.
