Kazakhstan will fight with Uzbekistan for gold at the 2024 ChA in boxing – Boxing/MMA
Uzbek boxer Oltina Sotimboeva had a semi-final fight at Asian Championship 2024 in Chiang Mai (Thailand)reports Sports.kz.
In the semi-finals in the weight category over 81 kilograms, Sotimboeva met with Ukrainian Maria Lovchinskaya. The result of this fight was the victory of the athlete from Uzbekistan by unanimous decision of the judges – 5:0. In the first round, the referee counted out a knockdown on Lovchinskaya. In the second round, the Ukrainian was deducted one point.
Thus, Oltina Sotimboeva became a finalist at the continental championship and will compete for the gold medal, and Maria Lovchinskaya completed her performance at the tournament as a bronze medalist. Let us add that Sotimboeva’s opponent in the final will be the Kazakh boxer…
