Russian electronic warfare does not work for protection, but poses a threat to Russian citizens.

The attack on residential buildings in the Russian city of Kazan was carried out using Russian electronic warfare (EW) means. The head of the Center for Combating Disinformation (CDC), Andrei Kovalenko, announced this in his Telegram channel.

According to him, Russian electronic warfare “does not work for protection, but poses a threat to Russian citizens.”

“There is a gunpowder factory in Kazan, which is important for the production of Iskander and Kalibr missiles that kill Ukrainians. At the same time, Russian air defense sent unknown drones to houses in Kazan to protect this factory, which is part of the logistics of killing Ukrainian citizens.
