Although some of the beliefs of retired General Keith Kellogg do not suit Kyiv, his appointment to the post of special representative for Ukraine and Russia in the future administration of Donald Trump is positive. This opinion was expressed by the director of the Kyiv analytical center “New Europe” Alena Getmanchuk, DW reports.
According to her, today it is very difficult to say what kind of cooperation will be, but she is sure that this is “far from the worst appointment”:
