Kidnapped man reunited with family after 34 years, but quickly drifted away over money

A man in China who went through a lot of hardships to reunite with his family 34 years after being abducted has announced a tragic break with them within a year.

Yu Baobao, 37, wrote on his social media page, which has 326,000 followers, that he cut ties with his family over money.

Yu lived under the name Li Qian for 34 years until he found his biological family and learned his real name last September.

He was abducted from his grandparents' home in southwest China's Sichuan province at the age of two.
