Kirov entered the top 5 cities in terms of price growth for one type of real estate – +36% per year

Experts analyzed the dynamics of room prices in different cities of the country. The results of the study are presented by the portal mirkvartir.ru.

Analysts compared prices for rooms in apartments in November 2023 and November 2024. It turned out that in 65 out of 70 cities the average cost of a lot increased. The leaders in increasing prices for rooms were Naberezhnye Chelny (+41 percent per year), Ulyanovsk (+39 percent), Vladikavkaz (+37 percent) and Cherepovets (+37 percent).

Kirov closed the top five. The average room in a Kirov house has become more expensive by 35.5 percent. In November 2024, a buyer will need an average of 962 thousand rubles to purchase premises in a multi-room apartment.
