On December 17, the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Kirov Region found signs of a violation of antimonopoly legislation in the actions of Pobedilovo: the main operator of the Kirov airport set a monopolistic high price for parking services on its territory.

Paid parking at Pobedilovo airport was introduced on April 1, 2024. The cost varies depending on the chosen parking lot.

The airport provides the following parking services:

First parking: up to 15 minutes free, from 16 to 60 minutes – 500 rubles, from 60 minutes every subsequent hour – 500 rubles per hour.

Second parking: up to an hour – 100 rubles per hour, per day – 500 rubles per hour, while staying more than an hour is equivalent to a day.
