Kirov residents may be hit by frosts down to minus 30 degrees in early January

The telegram channel “Amateur Meteorology in Kirov” gave a forecast for the beginning of the second month of winter. Already in the first days of January in the Kirov region it can become significantly colder.

The author of the weather telegram channel reports that forecasts for Kirov and the Kirov region, calculated on the basis of models, still include a decrease in temperature from January 4. In addition, they talk about the likelihood of 30-degree frosts.

However, according to previously published data, January in the Kirov region will be warm, and the amount of precipitation is expected to be approximately at the level of the climate norm. The average January temperature in Kirov is -11.5°C. Precipitation rate: 51 mm.
