In Kyiv, due to the predicted worsening of the weather and gusts of wind, the country's largest flag will be removed. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
The Kyiv City State Administration recalled that the construction of the flagpole is almost 90 meters high and weighs 32 tons. The size of the flag is 16 by 24 meters.
It is noted that, according to forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Kyiv at night and in the morning of December 13.
According to KO “Kievzelenstroy”, the flag will be removed until weather conditions improve.
