The Russian army began active assault operations in the Kursk direction with the goal of breaking through the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, the “meat assaults” rather indicate the unpreparedness of the Russians.
A video of the failed assault on the village of Pogrebki, Kursk region, has appeared online. The video is dated November 7th. OSINT analysts noted that the 810th Marine Brigade sent personnel to certain death.
In just one failed assault, the Russians lost more than 10 armored personnel carriers, up to 30 people in the 200th, several dozen wounded, and a dozen more were captured. Other sources claim that up to 15 pieces of equipment were destroyed.
