A plane caught fire during landing in Canada. Air Canada flight 2259, operated by PAL Airlines, made an emergency landing in Halifax (the capital of Nova Scotia), during which the plane's wing touched the runway and caught fire. The incident happened around 21:30 local time on December 28.
The cause of the incident is damage to the main landing gear.
