Laser weapon Trizub – what could be a new development of Ukraine – UNIAN

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' unmanned systems forces are testing a new Ukrainian laser weapon, the Trizub, about which little is officially known. According to Force Commander Vadim Sukharevsky, Ukraine has become the fifth country to have such weapons.
Defense Express reported what Trident might actually be.
The publication noted that the announced range and target class for hitting with the new weapon indicate that this is a fairly advanced development. As an example, the American combat laser AN/SEQ-3 (LaWS) is given with an effective range of 1.6 kilometers and a power of up to 50 kW.
