In Kyiv, the police detained a 23-year-old young man who, on the evening of Tuesday, November 12, launched a firework in the Svyatoshyn district of the capital, after the air raid warning was sounded.
This was reported by the Kyiv police.
“The event took place yesterday evening, immediately after the long-term air raid warning was sounded. Residents began to report to the police that an unknown person set off fireworks near the school in Svyatoshynskyi, scaring the local residents, because the sounds of the fireworks resembled the work of air defense. At the same time, a video from salute spread through the capital's telegram channels and caused the indignation of the people of Kyiv,” the message reads.
