List of street closure areas during the New Year holidays in Kirov 2024-2025

Residents and guests of the New Year's capital of Russia are informed about restrictions on the roads of Kirov. The list is provided by the city administration.

As the authorities said, within the framework of the “New Year's Capital of Russia” project, many events are planned that will require enhanced security measures. For this reason, it is planned to introduce a ban on parking and traffic on a number of central streets on some days.

From 19:00 Monday, December 30, to 3:00 Wednesday, January 1, and from 19:00 Monday, January 6, to 20:00 Tuesday, January 7, parking ban in these areas:

• Karl Liebknecht street from Preobrazhenskaya street to Spasskaya street;
• the odd side of Karl Marx Street from Preobrazhenskaya Street to Spasskaya Street;
