The head of EU diplomacy believes that Ukraine should have been allowed to launch strikes deep into the Russian Federation long ago.
Ukraine should be able to fire long-range missiles at Russian territory. This opinion was expressed by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, reports The Guardian.
“You know my position. Ukraine should be able to use the weapons transferred to it not only to stop the “arrow”, but also to destroy the “archer”. I continue to believe that this should be done,” he said before the council meeting foreign ministers of the European Union countries.
