Lubinets expressed the biggest claim to the ICRC — Ukraine

The ICRC should be objective: say that Ukraine fulfills the necessary documents regarding prisoners and that the Russians do not fulfill them.

Among the issues that exist in Ukraine before the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, there is the fact that the Russian Red Cross, which, as officially recognized, participated in the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children, is officially included there. And the biggest complaint of the Office of the Ombudsman is against the ICRC.
