Lubinets spoke about lowering the mobilization age
Age from 30 to 45 years is the most effective category of citizens of Ukraine who can fight.
Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, expressed the opinion that the involvement of young people over the age of 18 in the mobilization may have serious consequences for the country.
In an interview with Ukrainian Pravda, he emphasized that middle-aged men are the most effective category for mobilization.
“If we take away these young men who have no families, no children, we will automatically have no future for Ukraine. In my opinion, we still have a sufficiently large number of middle-aged men — from 30 to 45 years old,” the ombudsman noted.
