Malaysian government resumes search for missing flight MH370 – World

The government of Malaysia has decided to resume the search for passenger plane MH370, which disappeared in 2014 and was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

On Friday, December 20, Malaysia's Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced the signing of a $70 million deal with Ocean Infinity, which will conduct new exploration in the southern Indian Ocean. The search company will receive a fee only in case of success. The search will cover an area of 15,000 square kilometers in the southern part of the Indian Ocean.
In 2018, Ocean Infinity already tried to find the missing flight MH370.
