From 2024, Ukrainian male students will be able to travel abroad to study in international programs, after being restricted from leaving since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytskyi told about this in an interview with ZN.UA.
According to him, teachers of Ukrainian institutions of higher education can also go abroad to participate in advanced training programs and conferences.
