Mass production of ballistic missiles, which the president of the aggressor state Vladimir Putin calls “Oreshnik”, will require significant financial resources and technologies, which are lacking in today's Russia.
Aviation expert Kostyantyn Kryvolap expressed this opinion on the air of Kyiv24 TV channel.
“This is a lot of money. That is, its development will cost several billion, and in addition, the rocket itself will cost the same 550 million,” he noted.
