Metinvest Group was included in the rating of the best employers of Ukraine in 2024
82 companies from 13 industries that form the basis of Ukraine's economy were selected for the rating. These are major market players with a nationwide reach and a staff of 400 or more people.
The list of companies was evaluated on a 10-point scale by leading experts in the field of employment, business and recruitment. Focus magazine created a rating: Metinvest entered the top three in the industry, along with Interpipe and CEMARK.
The final assessment of experts was influenced by the following indicators: official employment, average salary, opportunities for career growth, availability of training and education, internship programs for students, programs for veterans, cooperation with universities, feedback from employees regarding job satisfaction in a specific company.
