The star of the Ukrainian national football team, Chelsea midfielder Mikhail Mudryk, passed a positive doping test. This was reported by the Ukrainian sports publication Tribuna.com.
“A prohibited substance was found in the football player’s “A” sample. A doping test, which gave a positive result, was taken from Mudrik at the end of October. It is expected that the “B” sample will also be opened in the coming days,” the material says.
The publication asked Mudrik himself and his manager for comment.
Meanwhile, UA-Football writes that Mudryk faces up to four years of disqualification. What kind of prohibited substance was found in the body of the star of the Ukrainian national team is being clarified.
