Mobilization is exclusively the right of the state, therefore it has the right to use violence. This opinion was expressed in an interview with TSN by a serviceman, commander of a mortar battery, Miroslav Borisenko.
“The state has the right to use violence in this area. And class inequality. I really want the children of oligarchs and presidents to go to war. But something tells me that this will not happen.
