Mimosa salad is usually prepared with carrots and boiled eggs and canned food. But even this popular holiday dish can be diversified and spiced up. Smoked mackerel in the recipe instead of canned is even better combined with delicate layers of salad.
Necessary ingredients:
- hot smoked mackerel – 1 piece
- potatoes – 2 pieces
- onion – 1 piece
- carrots – 2 pieces
- eggs – 4 pieces
- processed cheese – 90 g
- mayonnaise
- dill, salt, pepper to taste
