IN Aktau a fighter is on trial MMAShyngys Kayranov (12-2-0), also known as “Shah Kazakh“, accused of leading an organized criminal group, as well as extortion, reports Sports.kz with reference to Orda.kz.
According to investigators, Kayranov, along with his accomplices, extorted money from intercity taxi drivers who transported passengers between Aktau and the Tazhen customs post. From each car, depending on its size, members of the organized crime group took from four to seven thousand tenge.
In addition to the defendant, there are two more men in the dock. They are facing the same charges, and one of the accomplices is additionally charged with possession of weapons and drugs.
