In Ukraine, mobilization failed, including due to the fact that the Verkhovna Rada did not vote in a timely manner for norms that increase the liability for evading military registration and tighten mobilization. The ex-company commander of the Aidar battalion, director of the National Antarctic Science Center, Evgeniy Dikiy, told reporters about this.
“Our civil power bears full responsibility for the thwarted mobilization. This is clear. If we further understand the limits of civil power, then, first of all, the Verkhovna Rada precisely because it is responsible for changes in legislation,” the veteran said…
