Mobilization in Ukraine – in Volyn, representatives of the TCC beat a man and took him from the hospital
The actions of the TCC can be qualified under Part 2 of Art. 344 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Employees of the Kovel city TsK and SP beat the man and took him straight from the hospital. The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Dmitry Lubinets, announced this in his TG channel.
“The woman reported that her husband was physically injured, after which he was taken to the hospital. He was forcibly taken directly from the medical institution to the Lutsk State Transport and Transport Center and Joint Venture. My Representative in the Volyn region immediately went to the regional Transport and Transport Center and Joint Venture to clarify the circumstances. However, the staff of the acquisition center did not comply with the Representative’s demands and did not provide an opportunity to communicate with the detainee,” Lubinets wrote.
