Mobilization in Ukraine – People's Deputy Solomiya Bobrovskaya explained how to improve the process – UNIAN
Ukraine is currently lagging behind recruiting plans.
The current “busification” of men and the abuse of power by TCC employees interfere with the recruitment and mobilization of people into the army. Solomiya Bobrovskaya, representative of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, stated this in a commentary to TSN.
“Starting in September, we have been sagging in mobilization. It began to subside after August, after the summer, when we reached the level of fulfillment of the plan by the General Staff. Unfortunately, in the fall it began to decline (…). Until December, we will not fulfill the General Staff’s plan even one bit this year, not this month. Therefore, this is difficult, and we are returning, unfortunately, to the situation in the spring of 2024,” Bobrovskaya noted.
