According to Svitan, there should be no forced mobilization in Ukraine.
The optimal age for conscription into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is 21-49 years. This opinion was expressed in an interview with UNIAN by military expert, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan.
According to him, there should be no forced mobilization in Ukraine, since motivated, professionally qualified people should join the army, but the “busified” ones will not be able to carry out combat missions, because they have no motivation.
