Mobilization in Ukraine – the Ministry of Defense revealed details on the reform of the Military Military Commission – UNIAN
The reform will be implemented in three stages.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Health, presented a draft reform of military medical commissions (MMC). This is stated on the website of the defense department.
The reform concept was presented during a meeting of the Council of Donors of Institutional Reforms of the Municipal Educational Institution. It will have three stages and should be completed in November 2025.
It is noted that the modern system of military medical commissions has two-sided disadvantages. It allows individuals to avoid military service without legal grounds, and on the other hand does not prevent people with serious illnesses from entering the service. This creates additional difficulties for the Armed Forces.
