According to a representative of the Poltava TCC and SP, a person can be mobilized immediately after administrative detention.
If, after administrative detention, a person is taken to a police station, he can only be kept there for 3 hours. However, as part of mobilization measures, after administrative detention, a person is taken not to the police, but to the TCC and SP.
