If a person received a summons in person and after three days has not appeared at his destination, he may be put on the wanted list, but there are certain nuances that can delay this period. The head of the defense mobilization sector of the Sumy Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, Sergei Monukalo, spoke about all the details of serving the summons in an interview with Suspilny.

“The summons can be unsigned, or with an electronic signature. Now it is not necessary for the head of the district TCC to personally sign the summons. Regardless of the method of delivery, summonses have the same legal force,” he said.
