A spokeswoman for the Chernivtsi TCC said that some men are waiting to be mobilized.
There is a difference between people who were forcibly brought to the TCC and those who came voluntarily. Press secretary of the Chernivtsi TCC Tatyana Gaidashchuk spoke about this in an interview with Suspilny.
She stated that sometimes men who have avoided conscription for a long time are calm about receiving a summons or a meeting with TCC employees. According to her, they believe that their time has come to defend the country.
