Mobilization in Ukraine – what mistakes in the TCC need to be corrected

To restore motivation and see volunteers again in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is necessary to work more honestly with existing problems in the mobilization process, while maintaining the trust of potential recruits. This opinion was expressed by Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Vadym Vasilchuk in an interview with Ukrinform.
“There must be an honest conversation, it is very difficult… Somewhere there are mistakes again, I think, at the level of the ground forces, in general in the TCC, I mean, and we need to correct them… I emphasize that with this issue we must work more honestly towards yourself,” the fighter noted.
