Mobilization – it cannot be replaced by recruiting
The forced mobilization process must involve motivating people to go to war.
It will not be possible to completely replace forced mobilization procedures with voluntary recruitment. Military observer Denis Popovich said this on Radio NV.
In particular, the expert commented on the statement of US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan that Ukraine must strengthen its human resources on the battlefield.
“The problem of mobilization has been relevant for several months now. We see this and now we hear that they are trying to deploy a system of voluntary recruitment,” Popovich said.
At the same time, the observer recalled that wars cannot be fought without mobilization.
