US officials have warned that the shortage of personnel in Ukraine may now be more critical than the shortage of weapons, the newspaper writes.
As high-attrition fighting continues and Russia gains strength, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky faces growing U.S. pressure to send more young people to the front lines, The Washington Post reports.
