MSEC reform – an important amendment has been made to the bill – UNIAN
People's deputies introduced an amendment to the bill on MSEC.
Men aged 25-60 years who are diagnosed with disability group II or III with an indication of the period for re-examination will be required to undergo an assessment of daily functioning between April 1, 2025 and November 1, 2025, if they have not previously completed it within the established period . This is provided for by the bill on MSEC reform, which, if the Rada passes it in the second reading, will come into force on January 1, 2025, reports Sudno-Legal Gazeta.
