The Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the Russian army continues to commit war crimes against the civilian population of Donetsk region.
“According to information from Pokrovsky RUP employees, a minor resident of Shevchenko village died on December 11 as a result of enemy shelling. The boy, born in 2010, was buried on the territory of his homestead at his place of residence,” the administration said in a statement.
