This was said by Vasyl Nebenzya, deputy representative of Russia to the UN, according to Russian propaganda agencies.
“Russia will not be satisfied with any scenario of freezing the conflict in Ukraine. This does not suit us,” Nebenzya said.
He “justified” his statement by the fact that Ukraine allegedly refused Hungary's proposal to establish a “Christmas ceasefire”, which indicates “Kyiv's reluctance to move towards peace”.
“Kyiv's reluctance to move towards peace was manifested in the refusal of Hungary's proposal to establish a Christmas ceasefire,” said Nebenzya.
