“PrivatBank” acts exclusively within the framework of the law, transmitting information about client transactions for the purpose of calculating “national cashback”. The bank's press service reported this.
“We understand the concerns about the terms of the agreement on opening a National Cashback card account. And we share our disappointment in connection with such a distortion of the terms of the National Cashback initiative, which is important for the state. We would like to assure you that our bank operates exclusively within the limits defined by regulatory and legal acts and the data that is transmitted is used exclusively for calculating and accruing cashback,” the message says.
