Russian President Vladimir Putin said this during his press conference.

“Politics is the art of compromise. And we have always said that we are ready for negotiations and compromises. It's just that the other side refused to negotiate. And we are always ready for this. And the result of these negotiations are compromises. After all, we reached an agreement in essence in Istanbul in 2022 … So, we are ready. But that side must be ready for negotiations and compromises,” Putin said.
