In Russia, they cynically declared that, allegedly, the armistice in Ukraine now “would become a road to nowhere”. They said, “empty talk” does not suit Moscow.
This opinion was expressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the aggressor country Serhiy Lavrov.
“A cease-fire now would be a road to nowhere, final legal agreements are needed,” Lavrov said brazenly.
According to the Russian minister, they say, the Russian Federation does not put forward “preliminary conditions for negotiations.” Allegedly, now the conditions are to fulfill the “preliminary requirements”.
