Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia

The Russians are not going to leave what they captured.

As long as the Russian Federation is governed by representatives of the FSB, the topic of returning the territories occupied by Russia to Ukraine will never be discussed at the negotiations. Journalist Vitaly Portnikov believes that Ukraine will remain exclusively on the territory that can be defended by armed means from Russian aggression.

He said this on the Espresso broadcast.

As the journalist noted, Putin was unable to name the terms by which his troops are going to regain control over the Kursk region. It is just as unclear when the Russians are going to take full control of all Ukrainian regions, which they declared as an inseparable part of the Russian Federation and for which they are going to fight all the years to come.
