British Prime Minister Keir Starmer acknowledged that peace talks could end the war in Ukraine and also said there was a need to strengthen support for Ukraine to put the country in the best position for peace talks.

According to Reuters, Starmer warned that a Russian victory in Ukraine would jeopardize the security, stability and prosperity of Europe, especially as it could embolden Russia's allies.
