He was convicted of the rape and murder of an 11-year-old girl in Rivne. And in exactly 10 years, he attacked a neighbor. TSN already talked about this striker in 2019. Then the police said that he was facing a life sentence. However, the trial took place only now and gave the attacker only a little more than three years behind bars.
Which he has already served. So, he can return home in two months. Stunned neighbors fear for the children's lives. TSN correspondent Anna Makhno explains this in detail.
