A few days ago, the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv imposed a preventive measure against the businessman Gennady Bogolyubov in the form of detention within the framework of criminal proceedings regarding the organization of illegal border crossing.

Bogolyubov reacted to the court's decision, noting that despite three requests, he was not allowed to participate in the proceedings.
