New booking rules for enterprises – what changes await from December 1 – Ukraine
The innovations will relate to determining the status of “criticality” of enterprises.
From December 1 of this year, Ukrainians who work at critical enterprises will be able to use the new rules for reservations from mobilization.
Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaly Kindrativ said this, Forbes Ukraine reports.
According to him, the innovations will relate to determining the “criticality” status of the enterprise, taking into account the level of salaries, regional and industry criteria.
The reason for the change in the rules is the audit of “reserved” enterprises, which was conducted by the Ministry of Defense for more than a month. According to its results, minor violations were detected: 5% of enterprises were deprived of the status of critical importance. Their employees will be exempted from mobilization.
